What to Expect at KBC

Sunday Service

In-person worship services will begin Sunday mornings at 10 am. We post our online services Friday evenings at 4 pm.

We begin our services with announcements, a time of worship, and a 30-minute message. On the first Sunday of every month, we celebrate communion.

If you wish to attend the KBC service in person, please register for your seat.

Dress

You’ll see everything from jeans to suits. Come in what makes you comfortable. KBC church is for everyone!

Children

Until further notice, our Sunday morning children’s programming will be suspended due to COVID19. Children are welcome to join their parents in the sanctuary.

COVID19 Measures

When entering KBC it is recommended to stop by our sanitization station to help eliminate the spread of germs within our sanctuary. We recommend you wear a mask while moving within the building. Once sitting in your assigned seat, you are welcome to remove your mask. There are clear markings on our floors to help the flow of traffic.

What is a Sunday morning service like?

At KBC we aim to have something that you will enjoy either for the first time or something that you have always connected with through singing both contemporary worship songs and hymns of the past.

Do my children attend the service or do they have a special program?

Are there any regular church services during the week?

Currently there are no mid-week programs or services due to COVID19.

What are the driving directions to KBC?

Getting to KBC is relatively simple as we are on Hampton Rd which is the main road through the Kennebecasis Valley. We are located directly across from Kennebecasis Valley High School. If you traveling on the highway from either Saint John or Moncton use exit 141. Travel down Gondola Point Arterial 1.7 kms until you hit the first set of lights. Take a left and after driving 1km you will see us on the right.

What denomination or association is KBC a part of?

KBC is part of the Convention of Atlantic Baptist Churches. The CABC  is a ministry partnership of more than 450 Canadian Baptist churches and 21 Associations in the Atlantic Provinces. Their role is to resource the pastors, churches, and people, and to facilitate a shared mission on behalf of each church.
